"Not totally sure about this one"
The box looked a little off to me, so I’m not fully convinced it’s legit. Maybe it’s fine, but something about the packaging just didn’t feel right.

"Not much to choose from"
The selection was limited. I kept looking around thinking there’d be more options, but there just wasn’t much to pick from. I couldn’t find most of the figures I wanted, and the few choices they did have weren’t really what I was looking for. It was just kind of disappointing because the selection felt limited the whole time.

"My order did get here in one piece..."
My order did get here in one piece, so I can’t complain too much, but the shipping was slower than I expected. Tracking barely updated, which made it more annoying because I kept checking and wondering if it was stuck somewhere. It wasn’t a total disaster, but I had a little buyer’s remorse by the time it arrived

"Quick replies, but I still had to chase my order question"
I had a small question about my order and, to be fair, they got back to me much quicker than I expected. I do get annoyed when shops make you wait around, and I really hate having to chase simple stuff, so I was ready to complain about that again, but they actually handled it smoothly. They were easy to talk to and sorted it without making a big fuss. it’s nice dealing with a shop that answers properly, because so many places just don’t. I’d use doubleboxedtoys.com again.

"Great prices and totally worth it!!"
I ordered a couple of figures from Double Boxed Toys and was impressed with the prices!! I’d checked a few other places first, and these were definitely better than most. Shipping was reasonable too, which was a nice bonus.
The figures arrived packed really well, and the boxes were in clean condition. For what I paid, I’m really happy with the whole order!! It definitely felt like good value, and I’d buy from them again.

"Preorder came in right on time"
My preorder showed up like it was supposed to, so... yeah, no complaints really. Everything was fine, nothing weird happened, and I’d probably order from them again.

"I usually stick with my go-to brand..."
I usually stick with my go-to brand, so I was a little unsure about trying this one. But the box came totally mint, no dents or crushed corners, and the packaging was really solid. Definitely made a good first impression.

"Mystery boxes awful"
Definitely did not receive items worth the value of the box. I ordered 3 of the Birthday Disney Mystery Box as there were only 50 boxes advertised but instead I received all my items in one box and they are worth barely the value of the box. Was ideally going to gift one of the mystery boxes to my partner however I cannot as there is not individual box and the contents are disappointing to say the least. I only live a 15 mins drive away so was hoping to visit in the future but after this experience that's unlikely
